This is a reflection of the beautiful five-domed Iowa state capitol building in the gold-colored glass windows of the Henry Wallace Building located across the street from it. Located on East 9th Street in Des Moines, the Wallace Building houses the Department of Administrative Services; it was built in the 1970's. The capitol was constructed 100 years earlier, between 1871 and 1886.
