These are Black Angus (Angus cattle are also known as Aberdeen Angus, especially in countries other than the United States) beef cattle. Black is the native color for Angus, but Red Angus exist, too. They are considered one breed elsewhere, but two separate breeds in the United States.
I added a texture from DailyTexture, which I then painted digitally, to the background.
