In a whimsical composite scene, a young girl looks out from the basket of a Ferris wheel, at colorful carnival tents and rides below her. The scene is tilted and disjointed and almost seems to be spinning - though it is the child in her car who is moving and looking down from far above. Her hand, resting on the edge of the gondola, appears to be turning the wheel.
