This old brick building was built in the 1890's as a three story, single family home. Located on 11th St., south of Howard, a combination wine and grocery store and bistro, La Buvette, does business on the ground floor. I believe there are one or two apartments and the Mercer Management Company on the upper floors. The south side, seen here, is covered with ivy. You can still see faded ghost signage above and to the left of the windows.
