A cheerful penguin hot air balloon floats in the sky above Albuquerque, New Mexico, during the 2014 International Balloon Fiesta. As the name indicates, the annual event draws participants and visitors from around the world. If you look closely, you will notice the flag of Great Britain on the side of this balloon. On mornings when the weather is just right, even the special shapes balloons like this cheerful penguin are able to ascend.
