Description
A white pigeon (Columbidae), the omnipresent city bird, lands on a terra cotta ledge above the ornate iron grille that surmounts the Farnam Street entrance to the Omaha Building, now home to the Kutak Rock law firm. The building, designed in the Renaissance Revival style by the architectural firm of McKim, Mead, and White, dates from 1888-89.
