A panoramic crop in a 2:1 ratio complements the terra cotta ornamentation in both the decorated frieze (the long strip above the windows) and the leafy central medallion in this architectural detail from the Securities Building in Omaha, Nebraska. Built in 1916 by the Rose Realty Company, it is the only truly Sullivanesque building in the city.
