An eerie glow defines the unusual roof line of an abandoned farmhouse. Its sharp centered gable looks like a peaked hat and suggests that this lonely old place would be the perfect residence for a witch or two. The glass is missing from the window panes, the door hangs on its hinges, and the shingled siding is in disrepair. Bare trees surround the home and a few geese fly overhead. Brown tones and textures contribute to the spooky atmosphere of this Gothic piece.
