This carving is from the elaborate trim of an industrial sized garage door in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The work was both beautiful and fascinating to examine, as the designs changed every few inches. This is the fourth in a series of eight images done in sepia tones.
I use my camera to explore the world around me and as a basis for creative expression.
