Artist's Description

This architectural abstract features part of the side of one of the buildings on the National Hispanic Cultural Center campus in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I was taken both by the simple blue and brown palette, so typical of the Southwest, and by the geometric shapes in the composition: repeating trapezoids of assorted sizes framed by the rough triangles of ground and sky.
