This carving decorates the upper left corner of a double door garage in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The artisans must have been practicing their skill. From a distance, the design appears symmetrical, but closer examination reveals a sampler approach with the design changing frequently. This is the third in a series of eight images done in sepia tones.
