The outrageous golden crest of the grey or African crowned crane (Balearica regulorum) makes it perfect for the "Naturally Blonde" title I gave this image. These birds are native to the dry areas of Africa south of the Sahara.
Although I have chosen to display the bird's portrait and the lettering on a golden background here, the file actually has a transparent background which means you can put it on any color you want. This is especially nice when you are considering clothing, but it can also work for products such as pillows.
I use my camera to explore the world around me and as a basis for creative expression. Because I live in Nebraska, I have a fondness for rural scenes that will be evident as you explore my images, but I enjoy traveling and have many other interests as well. I hope you enjoy your visit.
