This is a very early morning view from the top of Fairyland Trail at Bryce National Park in Utah. The castle-like shapes of hoodoos glow in the canyon below. Autumn aspen seedlings, twisted and stunted because of their inhospitable environment but clinging tenaciously to the rim, reach for the sun. The air is crisp and the day is new.
I use my camera to explore the world around me and as a basis for creative expression. Because I live in Nebraska, I have a fondness for rural scenes that will be evident as you explore my images, but I enjoy traveling and have many other interests as well. I hope you enjoy your visit.
