Although this view of the hoodoos at Fairyland Point in Bryce Canyon National Park is more to the southeast than to the west, the afterglow of the sunset can turn the landscape orange-red and set the sky aglow. This beautiful scene was our reward when, at the end of a long day exploring other parts of the park, we stopped here on our way "home" to see whether we wanted to come back at sunrise. We did :)
