This design is an example of a photography technique called light painting. Basically, I photographed a moving light source in a dark room with the camera shutter open for 30 seconds. The lights were yellow so the original image has the design in gold. I tinted this version, Swans A'Swimming Abstract No 2, purple.

I use my camera to explore the world around me and as a basis for creative expression.
