This is the black and white version of a work by the same title that can also be found in my Creations - Composites gallery. The monochrome conversion emphasizes the sense of timelessness conveyed by the surreal combination of elements: stairs, footprints going up them, a door, a room that opens, seemingly, to the universe, and a celestial clock ticking away beyond. The piece is disorienting and intriguing. If you are looking for a piece to come back to, time and time again, this may be it.
