Description
This pair of limestone arches, which now stands near the east end of the Gene Leahy Mall in Omaha, came from the former United States National Bank Building, built in 1887, that once stood at the corner of 12th and Farnam Streets. They are built of Ohio bluestone in the late Richardsonian Romanesque style. They were moved to their present site at 11th and Farnam in 1979 to serve as a gateway between the park and the Old Market.
