Description
An old red barn stands proudly at the top of this gentle, grassy slope; for a few days, a large American flag is hung against its side, and Old Glory is on the Rise. Although the scene itself only occupies a third of the frame, the viewer's eye is drawn immediately to the bright red, white, and blue of the barn and flag against the cloud-filled summer sky. I found this charming rural scene in Sarpy County, Nebraska.
