A flock of geese takes flight on a winter evening at Walnut Creek Lake in Papillion, Nebraska. The dry grasses that grow along the irregular shoreline glow in the last light of the setting sun. In the background you can see the flood control dam which created the reservoir and beyond that farmland with a silo on the horizon.
